Are you - like me - always looking out for inspiration? Recently I found a great book on quilting in our local library and there she was: this cute hen is actually a doorstop, but her red and white skin was just too beautiful for that kind of job. Now she sits on her shelf above the telly, watching me do my things. Maybe I will make her a cute rooster friend! The little crocheted elephant comes from the crochet book Haken voor kleine boefjes by Lycinda Guy. This green baby found its home in my daughters room!

Today the sun is shining and many sunbeams light all kinds of litte beauties in my house and garden, for example the little orange flowers my sun brought me yesterday. He was on his way to a friend to play and had stopped when he saw these flowers in the alley and bring them to me first. How much more can you love a child??
